KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Service terms & COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Masking is not required but you are welcome to wear one or request that I do. Please do not come earlier than your appointment time as we do clean up between sessions.
On top of our already rigorous cleanliness standards, we are taking additional measures to create a safe space for you:
- We will be using an industrial air purifier as well as antiviral and antibacterial essential oils in the space as well.
- We will be using a natural industrial cleaner that kills viruses and bacteria between appts.
- A 30 minute buffer is set for after each appointment to clean the space and clear the energy.
Session Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the fact that sessions are often reserved far in advance with Grace & that she has limited availability, sessions may only be rescheduled only one time if you email us at least 72 hours before your session.
If you don’t email us within 72 hours to reschedule your session, there will be no refunds & we cannot reschedule your session.
If there is a real emergency, please reach out to us at hello@flowersandstarsshop.com - we’ll consider those on a case by case basis.
Sessions and classes are not to be used as a substitute for medical care or for flu or cold-like symptoms.
