Energy Healing
Offering a combination of different types of energy work- Polarity Therapy, Reiki, RYSE, & Jin Shin Jyutsu, as well as Crystal and Sound healing, Grace caters each session towards your specific needs. Each session is guided, and sometimes Grace will channel out loud during sessions to assist in the balancing and harmonizing of your energies. These sessions are to support you in connecting to your life force energy, so that you can heal easily and effortlessly. Grace often recommends this work if you feel like you need a "reset button" with your energy systems, if you want to connect more to who you really are, and if you want to feel more clear and aligned with your highest self. This work is both gentle and powerful at the same time and it can all be done from a distance as well.
Flower Essence Consultations
Flower essences are homeopathic remedies that correct imbalance in the body, mind, and spirit, so you can more easily connect to your wholeness and move more easily through whatever you are going through. In your session, you’ll have detailed energy scan to find out the root causes of any symptoms that are going on in your body, mind, or spirit. I scan a very detailed list of possibilities from food allergies, to stress, to viruses to find out what is going on. Then, we scan the flower essence and gem elixir remedies to see which will support you through your journey. We do about twenty minutes of energy work as well to help deepen the effectiveness of the remedies. Essences are taken internally to support you in between sessions. Some specific things that these consultations are helpful with that I work with are: Lyme disease, Candida, stress , anxiety, depression, and so much more. While I cannot diagnose any of these conditions or claim to treat them, many people find them to be very beneficial in their healing process.
Astrology Readings
By calculating your date of birth, the exact time you were born, and your place of birth we find out what your astrological birth chart looks like. This chart is a like a very detailed blueprint , or map of your life. It often illuminates challenges you have faced, strengths that you carry within you, what types of experiences you are learning in this lifetime, and so much more. Astrological charts often give you the permission to truly embody more of who you are. They are so much fun to learn from, and you will gain a new tool from which you can learn from during your life. In a 90-minute reading we can also explore the planetary transits going on in your life, which are the energetic themes that are caused by the current placements of the planets and how they affect your personal chart. Specialized readings are available such as Career/ Work/ How to attract Abundance, etc! Inquire if you have a specific topic you would like to address.
Spiritual consultations
Spiritual Consultations are a group of four monthly sessions to support your spiritual development in your life. The first two sessions are energetic coaching sessions where we look at the dynamics in your life that you want to address and how you can shift into a more aligned perspective. We talk about how energy works, how to tap into your intuition and how to observe the natural laws of the universe at play in your life or relationships. The third session we do a flower essence consultation to support you and discover what emotional/spiritual patterns you would like to unlock. And the fourth session we do an energy healing session so that you can hit the ground running, aligned with your highest self. These sessions are a 4 month commitment.
